1. Central embossing cylinder and each printing unit
Flexo printing machine is that each printing unit shares a central embossing cylinder, and each printing unit is distributed around the central embossing cylinder. When the printing substrate is close to the embossing cylinder for one week, the multi-color printing of each color group is completed.
2. Winding device without shutdown
The winding device of Flexo printing machine generally adopts DC motor soft connection. The winding device and winding device form a closed-loop control system. The floating roll tension detection device detects the tension of winding or winding, feeds back its value to the computer controller, and the DC motor adjusts the speed to keep the tension of each closed-loop system at the set value. Unwinding and rewinding parts generally adopt non-stop rewinding to reduce the loss of raw materials and minimize the decline of production capacity during rewinding.
The drying device of Flexo printing machine is generally divided into two parts: one is the inter color group dryer distributed among the printing units, and the other is the bridge dryer after completing the printing of each color group. The dryer between each color group is installed between two adjacent color groups. For example, the dryer of the first color group is installed between the first and second printing units. Its function is to ensure the needs of wet stacking process in the printing process of flexographic printing machine. The ink surface of the printed matter dried by the dryer has formed a film, but it is not completely dry. Therefore, the n-color Flexo printing machine needs to be equipped with n-1 inter color group dryers. After the printing of the last group of printing units is completed, overprint is no longer required, so this kind of dryer is generally not added and directly enters the bridge dryer. The bridge dryer is actually a drying channel designed according to a certain length. It is called because it is located between the central embossing drum and the winding device, which is very similar to the bridge connecting the two parts.
Spray chemical solvents on the surface of the anilox roller of the Flexo printing machine, select appropriate fine brushes (stainless steel brush for ceramic anilox rollers, copper wire brush for metal anilox rollers) according to the material of the anilox roller, and repeatedly scrub with the brushes. This method is only suitable for cleaning the anilox roll with thick wire. The advantages are low cost, convenient cleaning, and no pollution to the environment; the disadvantage is that the ink cannot be brushed deep into the ink cavity, so the cleaning is not thorough. It is difficult to clean the dirt and ink accumulation at the bottom of the ink well. Therefore, the ink well volume cannot be restored.
