4. The printing unit adopts ceramic anilox roller to transfer ink, single knife reverse scraping ink, and ink supply pump to automatically supply ink. In addition, the anilox roller and the plate roller adopt pneumatic clutch, which can be automatically separated when stopping. The anilox roller is driven by an independent motor to prevent the printing ink from drying on the roller surface and clogging the anilox; the color registration system can be automatically operated in the longitudinal direction and manually operated in the transverse direction.

5. The winding transmission device also adopts two rubber rollers to clamp and transfer paper, the pressure is controlled by pneumatic components, and is equipped with a web video detection system and a multi-color
detection system.

6. The winding device of the flexographic printing machine adopts a single-station hydraulic lifting structure and a lug-type air shaft for feeding. The device is driven by a motor and is equipped with a swing arm floating roller, a closed-loop tension control system, and a material cut-off shutdown system.

7. The built-in independent drying system adopts short-wave infrared heating and drying, and the temperature is adjustable. The external heater can supply hot or cold air, and the secondary return air exhaust can be discharged from the air outlet, but the blast discharge is handled by the customer.

8. The whole machine is controlled by the PLC system, and the working status is input and displayed through the touch screen, and it has automatic metering and multi-point speed regulation functions.
