The Flexo printing machine is a printing plate that protrudes on the rubber plate, photosensitive resin plate and other materials, and the required image is mirrored—just like a potato print for children playing. Typical printing unit used by Flexo printing machine. In this system, the anilox transfer roller is supplied with ink by the ink fountain rubber roller, and the function of the ink fountain rubber roller is to transfer sufficient ink to the anilox transfer roller (anilox roller for short). The cooperation of the doctor blade and fish anilox roller makes the Flexo printing machine suitable for inks of various viscosities and obtain better printing quality under higher factors. When the printing speed increases, although the dynamic pressure on the surface of the anilox roller increases, the doctor blade presses on the surface of the anilox roller. Therefore, the ink delivery volume of the inking system has nothing to do with the dynamic pressure of the ink, and it is hardly affected by viscosity. The amount of ink delivered by the anilox roller mainly depends on its ink storage system (the volume of the ink pocket of the anilox roller) and the ink separation between the anilox roller and the surface of the printing plate, and has nothing to do with the running speed of the inking system. This short ink path inking system can maintain a constant amount of ink at various speeds, so the Flexo printing machine is capable of high-speed printing and high-definition color dot printing.
1. Since the printing speed and drying heating temperature of the Flexo printing machine are very high, a cooling roller or other cooling device must be installed to cool down the printing material (material roll) to prevent the material roll (especially PVC plastic film, thin paper, etc.) from being heated and dried. Undesirable phenomena such as shrinkage, warpage, fiery expansion, etc. during the drying process;
2. In order to reduce the volatile organic compounds (VOCS) emitted by the solvent-based ink during the heating and drying process, the Flexo printing machine should be equipped with VOCS post-processing equipment. There are two main post-treatment methods, catalytic oxidation method and cooling recovery method.
a. The anilox roller was not cleaned thoroughly when replacing the printed parts;
b. Long-term shutdown without cleaning the anilox roller;
c. The ink drying performance is too fast. "Workers must first sharpen their tools if they want to do well."
Therefore, in order to maintain the accurate transfer of the ink volume of the Flexo printing machine, the anilox roller must be cleaned reasonably.
